IWC Ingenieur Special Edition A Boat Made of Plas

Well, after several months at sea and 8,000 nautical miles traveled, the crew pulled into Sydney Harbor on Monday afternoon, local time cheap coach bags, completing the journey thet started in San Francisco. So what does this have to do with watches?

The opening reserve set for the auction is 30 coach bags outlet,000 Euro and the auction ends August 7th at 12:00 C.E.T. Plenty of time to sell a kidney and make a bid.  Click here for details.

If you haven't had your head in the sand for the past year, you know that European banking scion David de Rothschild has been sailing across the Pacific Ocean in a sailboat made out of plastic bottles. Not just another distraction for a rich guy with nothing better to do, the Plastiki Expedition's goal was to raise global awareness for the impact that plastic waste is having on the environment, particularly the oceans.

Now that the expedition is completed cheap coach bags, IWC is auctioning off an even more special Mission Earth Plastiki edition coach outlet online, this time in platinum. The proceeds from the auctioned watch will benefit Adventure Ecology's (de Rothschild's foundation) "Sculpt the Future" project. The official name of the platinum one-off is (take a breath) the IWC Ingenieur Automatic Mission Earth "Adventure Ecology."

IWC was a primary sponsor of the expedition, providing funding coach factory store, promotional support and, most importantly to watch geeks, a swanky special edition Ingenieur, to commemorate the venture. The Mission Earth model was worn by the Plastiki crew, most prominently by de Rothschild himself. The Mission Earth Ingenieur had the admirable traits of the standard Inge, notably the oversized anti-magnetic coach bags outlet, bombproof case and the in-house 80110 IWC movement but then added a Plastiki-inspired color scheme and case back engraving.
